All citrus fruits are genealogically traced back to one of three wild ancestors that were able to co-reproduce. Ancestral:
Mandarin (top, orange)
Pomelo (bot-left, green)
Citron (bot-right, yellow).
With bioinformatics, we can plot any citrus fruit based on its geneological distance to these three anchor points
Ex: Grapefruit is 66% Pomelo, 34% Mandarin, (~0% Citron)
